These terms govern your use of QubiLibrary (the App, website and related services), provided by Qubimonk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you use QubiLibrary for a library business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The service

QubiLibrary helps self-study libraries manage students, seats, shifts, membership plans, fees, receipts and payments, and gives their students an app. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Accounts

• Library owners sign up with an email address or Google account and must give accurate details.
• Students receive a login ID from their library. The first password is the student's mobile number and must be changed at the first login.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

3. Library responsibilities

• The library is responsible for the student data it enters, for having a lawful basis and any consent needed (including a parent's or guardian's consent for students under 18), and for keeping it accurate.
• Fees, plans, discounts, refunds and seat rules are set by the library. Disputes about them are between the student and the library.
• Do not use the App for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to upload content you have no right to share.

4. Subscription and payments

• Libraries may use a free trial, after which a paid subscription is needed to keep using the service. Prices are shown in the App and may change with notice.
• Subscription fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for a period already started, except where required by law.
• Online payments from students go to the library's own Razorpay account. We are not a party to those payments and do not hold the money.

5. Availability

We work to keep QubiLibrary available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". There may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of records you are legally required to retain.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees the library paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, misuse the service or remain unpaid. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Delete account).

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design and software belong to Qubimonk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your data remains yours (or your library's); you give us permission to process it only to provide the service.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
